Tropical Inspired Cake Decorations

For my mom's birthday, I wanted to make her a bamboo cake, and I am so happy with the results!

First, bake any kind of cake you wish, and frost it. Then get Pepperidge Farm Pirouette Cookies and break them into different sizes. Place them all around the outside of the cake, for a perfect bamboo border.

Then place your flowers around the cake. You can use fresh or synthetic. I ordered these plumerias online from Oahu, and they turned out great!
